Healthcare Deep Dive

For a complex healthcare situation that requires a deeper understanding of the whole picture.
You receive everything included in Healthcare Problem Solving, plus I take a deeper look at your medical history, records, medications, testing, specialists, and recommendations to understand how the pieces fit together.
Before our consultation, I review your medical records to understand:
Medical history — diagnoses, procedures, hospitalizations
Medications — current medications and recent changes
Labs & testing — relevant results and areas to clarify
Specialist care — who is involved and how care fits together
Recommendations — what has been recommended and what remains outstanding
Timeline — a clearer picture of what happened and when

HEALTHCARE ADVOCACY
$500 · per appointment
A three-part package to help you get the most from an important healthcare visit.
Prepare · Review relevant records, prepare questions, and identify your priorities.
Attend · Join you in person, by phone, or by video to support communication and advocacy.
Debrief · Receive a plain-language written summary of what was discussed and the next steps.
In-person appointments include a distance-based travel fee. Virtual appointments have no travel fee.

Support when you or someone you love is unexpectedly hospitalized.
First 24 Hours Checklist · Know what to ask, what to address, and what to expect during the first day.

Care Transitions

The days and weeks after hospitalization can be a vulnerable time. Medication confusion, missed follow-up, gaps in services, and problems that aren't recognized early can contribute to an avoidable return to the hospital.
As your RN Advocate, I can:
Review the discharge plan
Reconcile medications and clarify changes
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and services
Educate caregivers on the care plan and warning signs
Bridge hospital, rehab, home health, and primary care
