Signature RN does not provide hourly or private duty nursing care, diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide emergency care. I provide nursing education, advocacy, care coordination, and healthcare problem solving to help you understand and follow your existing care plan.
I can provide education and support related to nursing care and medical equipment, such as wound and dressing care, IV therapy, diabetes care, blood pressure monitoring, medication management, weight management, and post surgical care. These are examples and not an exhaustive list. Depending on your needs, I may also be able to help you understand, organize, and coordinate other types of nursing care, treatments, or equipment that are part of your existing care plan.
I can also work alongside your physician, home health nurse, hospice team, caregivers or aides, and PT/OT providers to help keep communication clear and care coordinated.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately. If you are hospitalized or in a care facility, I can provide bedside advocacy by helping communicate your questions, concerns, rights, and wishes with the care team so you and your family feel informed and supported.

No. Signature RN is a concierge private healthcare advocacy service and does not bill insurance or healthcare organizations. Services are paid directly by the client.
Because I work independently, my role is to represent your interests, needs, goals, and wishes, not those of your insurance company, hospital, or other healthcare organization. This allows me to provide personalized, client centered support focused on helping you understand your options, coordinate your care, and navigate the healthcare system.

Ongoing support is designed for individuals and families who want a trusted nurse to stay involved as healthcare needs evolve. Support can include coordinating providers, appointments, services, and resources; organizing medications and follow ups; educating and supporting caregivers; helping with new treatments or equipment; addressing new healthcare needs; and adjusting the support plan as needs change.
Comprehensive Ongoing Support
For those who want ongoing help managing the moving pieces of their healthcare. Regular visits and continued coordination help keep care organized, identify concerns early, and address needs as they arise.Light Ongoing Support
For those who are generally managing well but want a trusted nurse in their corner. Twice monthly check ins provide an opportunity to discuss current concerns and get help with needs such as appointments, medications, care coordination, new health concerns, or questions that come up between visits. Support is focused on what you need at the time rather than ongoing management of every aspect of your care. -
For more than 25 years, I have worked as a nurse across hospital, outpatient, long term care, and leadership settings. Most of my career has been in the Bay Area, where I have worked across healthcare systems from Gilroy to San Francisco, including Stanford, Santa Clara County, PAMF, Kaiser, and other private hospitals. This experience has given me firsthand knowledge of how care is delivered across different settings and systems, and how to navigate the complexities between them.
I also understand healthcare from the family’s side. I spent months at my brother’s bedside after his traumatic brain injury, helped care for my father through 10 years with ALS, and brought my grandfather home from the ICU on hospice so he could be surrounded by family.
I know how overwhelming and personal these experiences can be. I listen carefully, explain clearly, and draw on both my professional expertise and lived experience to help you find practical solutions, protect what matters most, and move forward with confidence.

With more than 25 years of nursing experience across critical care, trauma, acute care, outpatient care, radiology, long term care, and hospital administration, I bring a broad understanding of how healthcare works and how the pieces connect.
I listen carefully, look at the whole picture, and find creative, practical solutions that fit your life, priorities, and goals. That might mean helping you navigate a new diagnosis, supporting you through a hospitalization or recovery, coordinating care and caregivers, managing a chronic condition, or creating a plan that allows you to remain safely and confidently at home.
I can step in when healthcare becomes complicated, take the moving pieces off your plate, and help you and your family feel informed and supported. Whether you are managing your own care or helping someone you love from near or far, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
